Housebread
vegan, gluten-free, mais-free, soy-free and yeast-free
Ingredients: 80g cooked potato 22g psyllium husk powder 450 ml water 100 g oat flour (oat flakes also work) 66g chestnut, teff or millet flour 100 g potato flour 1 tsp salt ½ pck. baking powder (organic, without added phosphate, aluminum and corn starch) Optional grains, seeds or nuts |
Preparation: Mix the boiled potato with the water and then stir in the psyllium husks and leave to soak for approx. 30 minutes. First mix the remaining ingredients together well, then add to the psyllium seed mixture and mix well again. Immediately form a very long loaf with wet hands on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cut lengthwise with a knife.
Bake the bread for 80 minutes at 180-185°C in a preheated oven without fan. |
Raw food jam
vegan, gluten-free, maize-free, soy-free and yeast-free
Ingredients:
100 g dates
200 g fruit (cherries, wild berries, strawberries, apricots...)
if necessary, some spices such as vanilla, cinnamon or similar
Preparation:
Puree all the ingredients together and enjoy.
